This Site operates a telephone line for pest control enquiries in Manteca and San Joaquin County. No property is inspected, no product is applied and no report is written by Manteca Pest Control. Each job is carried out by a separate, independently owned local pest control business, and responsibility for the inspection, the products chosen, the people on site, the quoted figure and the standard of the finished work rests with that business alone.

Structural pest control in California is regulated by the Structural Pest Control Board within the Department of Consumer Affairs, which registers companies and licenses individuals; pesticide use is regulated by the Department of Pesticide Regulation and enforced in the field by county agricultural commissioners. The obligation to hold the registration, licences and branch categories the work requires, to keep county registration and pesticide-use reporting in order where the Food and Agricultural Code requires it, to employ licensed personnel, and to maintain its own insurance falls on that business and not on this Site. Manteca Pest Control holds no licence of any kind and asserts none, and has not examined the licence, registration or insurance records of any business on a caller's behalf.

A caller who asks is told the assigned business's licence number, by telephone on this line or by the business itself when it makes contact. The number is withheld from these pages because it is that business's own registration detail and its privacy belongs to it. Anything you are told should be confirmed with the Structural Pest Control Board at pestboard.ca.gov before work is agreed. Nothing published here is a promise of insurance cover, of a particular result, or of a time of arrival.
